TL9000 defines additional system requirements and measurements beyond ISO9001:2001 for the design, development, production, delivery, installation and maintenance of telecom products and services. Learn more.
In the 3rd Quarter of 2006, Pinnacle first achieved TL9000 certification, the international standard for quality requirements throughout the telecommunication supply chain.
In 2nd Quarter of 2009, we cleared our reassessment and are certified for another three years.
